Culinary specialist, Daniel Savino, has earned his stripes cooking in the Marina del Rey kitchen for more than four decades. He expertly mentors his staff, teaching them time-tested recipes originated by founders Sal and Anna Randazzo. Chef Dan proudly partners with local farms to foster a sustainable growing community, also allowing him to use the best products available. Skilled to handle parties large and small, Chef Dan relies on his strong organizational and leadership abilities to ensure a perfect meal.
